EVALUATION AND CME ATTESTATION
The link to complete your evaluation and CME attestation will be sent via email at the end of the conference to those attendees in a CME eligible category at the email address utilized when completing your registration. Please remember to complete both your evaluation and attestation by November 15th.  Be sure to check your spam or junk email.  Access to virtual OMED will remain open through October 25th.  OMED enables attendees to continue viewing recorded lecture sessions for 7 days after the live event — giving you time to claim more CME!  After October 25th the link to the CME Survey & Attestation will be live for attendees to complete the CME survey, attest to credits and print their certificate.
