Student Chapters InformationQuarterly Report Template: Each SAOASM chapter president or designated executive board member must turn in the Quarterly Report form before the deadline date to be considered for end of year awards. Records of chapter meetings, volunteer activities, fundraisers and other events should be kept to ensure accurate accounts of each activity. If there is an event that you would like to highlight to the national AOASM audience, please submit photographs and a brief description of the event to Dan Brannen at [email protected]. Deadline for initial 2020-21 reports is October 1, 2020
